Can you customize my own product?

Yes, we provide the turnkey solution , from packaging ,formulation , colors to packing ,all can help you.

Can you do talc free formula? Or if it must contain in formula , what kind of certificate you have

Yes , we can do talc free formula. And if the formula you like must have talc , we will provide you the non-absetos declarations.

Can you do vegan and cruelty free makeup?

Yes , our formulation can be vegan and cruelty free.

If I need samples , will you charge?

No, for stock samples , we will prepare 1-2pcs free samples for your testing. Only customize samples will occur sampling cost ,and it will be refundable once you place order.

Can you follow the makeup regulation of my country?

Sure , we can follow it based on your requirement.

Do you have any export experience?

Yes ,we mainly make for foreign countries. We already have our client from Japan , USA ,Middle East countries,Philippine ,Australia, France,India, Africa countries and etc…

What kind of certificate you have?

We have ISO22716(Cosmetics GMP) certificate.

Can I order formulation bulk in stead of finished goods?

Yes , the bulk will be well packed in barrel or carton.

How do you control your quality?

What is your lead time for production after place order?

Normally , it take 60-80 days after final sample approval and deposit ready.The exact time may depend on product decoration and production status.

What’s the trade term & payment term?

We provide quotation in FOB term , and payment is T/T (50% confirm order ,balancing 50% before shipment.)
